The Shift Process Supervisor, reporting to the Mill Superintendent will supervise the operating teams of the Processing Department at the Perseus Mining (Ghana) Limited, located near Ayanfuri.

The responsibilities for the position include but are not limited to:-

• Monitoring processing performance on shift
• Supervise the operation teams of the processing plant
• Ensure safe working practices within Processing Department
• Conduct Process Operator training
• Maintain set processing parameters
• Maintain high standard of processing plant house keeping

The position is site based and the Company offers a competitive remuneration package commensurate with the candidates’ qualifications and experience.
