Job Title: Senior Sales Manager

Job Purpose

•   To provide overall organisational leadership, direction and resource stewardship to the sales and marketing function.
•   The sales manager position is the senior-most sales leader and is accountable for overall sales planning, performance and profitable achievement of sales targets.

The Person we are looking for:

•   Someone with good sales track record in the pharmaceutical industry with knowledge and experience to provide overall leadership, direction, and resource stewardship to the company’s sale function
•   The person is the senior-most sales targets
•   Someone with strategic leadership, aligning sales objectives with overall business strategy
•   A person who has both the industry contacts and strong relationships with pharmaceutical producers, wholesales and retails alike
•   A likeable experienced manager who has the attitude for making good business decisions
•   A hard working and positive minded individual with the tenacity to get the job done, result oriented and breaking new grounds
•   A person who can provide leadership to the company’s sales team, while fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, high-performance and ethical behaviour

Qualification Required & Experience

•   MBA in Sales / Marketing with CIM professional qualification and membership
•   10 years work experience in similar position

Essential Work Skills:

•   Strategic leadership ability and trustworthiness
•   Profound domain knowledge of sales & marketing, PR and social media marketing
•   Industry contacts and ability to break new grounds
