Pinora Limited is a fruit juice production company and aiming to be one of the leading producers and exporters of pineapples and orange juice in Africa, a private initiative, operates under the laws of Ghana within a free zone enclave to produce fruit juice and concentrates for export to the EU. Job Description
To answer for the activities of acquisition of fruits and its financial controls, development of suppliers and producers, generation of information that illustrate the manner and means of communication between the company and its suppliers, passing on this information to be utilised in decision making
To contribute to the fulfillment of the commercial agreements between the company and its suppliers, as well as, for the improvement of the performance of the agreements, executing tasks in relation to the performance of these agreements and, making recommendations where necessary
To analyse historical data on amount of fruit per property and region to reinforce the planning of the harvest
To ensure the execution of reports of accompaniment of the harvest, that demonstrate monthly closings, in comparison with the planned one and previous periods, analysis of the information, aiming at quality and consistency every time
To interact with other areas of the company to establish the flow of information necessary for the operational integration of these departments with the department of raw materials, aiming higher levels of efficiency and optimisation of resources
To meet with others within his/her department in the planning of estimates and re-estimates of the harvest, accompaniment of the delivery of fruits, aiming at the payment terms agreed to with the producers
To guarantee the fulfillment of contracts of the supply of fruits together with the producers, controlling the financial aspects, as well as, ensuring the legal and administrative procedures is met, as by the established clauses
To execute other activities in the future
Non-essential Job Functions:
Attending meetings: Value chain meeting, Farmers associations meeting
Training & Coaching of the field officers
Attending training courses, seminars and workshops

Required Skills or Experience
Knowledge of citrus farming in Ghana
Post graduate Agricultural – Agricultural College
Working experience in a senior position related with MOFA, USAID, DED and other agricultural development agencies in the specified region
Driver’s license
Must live in the specified region
Self-disciplined in executing his tasks independently as per the Company’s policy
Sense for detail and punctuality
Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office
English Language
Good communication and negotiation skillls
