Job Title 1: Technical Services Engineer

Job Description

  1. By providing the appropriate Technical know-how, liaise with the Senior Marketing Officer to convince existing and potential clients to choose the company’s products or service over other competitors.
  2. Establish a comprehensive database of equipment, materials and consumables used by existing and potential clients.
  3. Undertake routine after-sales visits to clients to assess performance of products supplied by the company and provide any necessary recommendations to enhance product efficiency.
  4. Identify and recommend to management what could be done to improve the quality of products supplied to clients.

Required Skills or Experience

  1. Minimum age of candidate must be thirty-five (35) years.
  2. Minimum work experience of five (5) years.
  3. Knowledge & Experience in Equipment, Materials and Consumables used in the mining industry with emphasis on Conveyor Belts, Pulleys, Idlers/Rollers, Industrial Rubber Sheets, Industrial Valves & Pumps and hoses.
  4. Good Written and Oral English Communication.
  5. Computer Literate.
  6. Good Driver (with Driving License).

Job Title 2: Senior Marketing Officer

Job Description


Includes but not limited to the following:

  1. Liaising with the Technical Sales Engineer to persuade existing and potential clients to choose the company’s products or service over other competitors, as well as facilitate repeat business.
  2. identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them.
  3. monitoring and analysing market trends associated with the company’s scope of business.
  4. studying competitors’ products and services.
  5. producing reports to monitor results.
  6. presenting findings and suggestions to the company’s management.

Required Skills or Experience

  1. minimum of HND Marketing.
  2. minimum age of candidate must be thirty-five (35) years
  3. minimum work experience of five (5) years.
  4. business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
  5. experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies
  6. technical marketing skills
  7. proven experience in customer and market research
  8. relevant product and industry knowledge.
