Job Title 1: Technical Services Engineer
Job Description
- By providing the appropriate Technical know-how, liaise with the Senior Marketing Officer to convince existing and potential clients to choose the company’s products or service over other competitors.
- Establish a comprehensive database of equipment, materials and consumables used by existing and potential clients.
- Undertake routine after-sales visits to clients to assess performance of products supplied by the company and provide any necessary recommendations to enhance product efficiency.
- Identify and recommend to management what could be done to improve the quality of products supplied to clients.
Required Skills or Experience
- Minimum age of candidate must be thirty-five (35) years.
- Minimum work experience of five (5) years.
- Knowledge & Experience in Equipment, Materials and Consumables used in the mining industry with emphasis on Conveyor Belts, Pulleys, Idlers/Rollers, Industrial Rubber Sheets, Industrial Valves & Pumps and hoses.
- Good Written and Oral English Communication.
- Computer Literate.
- Good Driver (with Driving License).
Job Title 2: Senior Marketing Officer
Job Description
Includes but not limited to the following:
- Liaising with the Technical Sales Engineer to persuade existing and potential clients to choose the company’s products or service over other competitors, as well as facilitate repeat business.
- identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them.
- monitoring and analysing market trends associated with the company’s scope of business.
- studying competitors’ products and services.
- producing reports to monitor results.
- presenting findings and suggestions to the company’s management.
Required Skills or Experience
- minimum of HND Marketing.
- minimum age of candidate must be thirty-five (35) years
- minimum work experience of five (5) years.
- business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
- experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies
