Plato Consult is a Consulting Firm dedicated to providing value added Management and Human Resource Consulting Services in the areas of Executive Search, Business Strategy, Business Structuring and Restructuring, Organizational Development and Outsourcing (Management of Casual staff). The firm seeks to help clients to achieve their short and long term objectives by developing strategies that link the company’s vision to business strategy, people engagement, roles and processes to performance indicators to achieve financial results.

Plato Consult was established in 2007 to provide value added management and Human Resource Consulting Services in the areas of Executive Search, Business Strategy and Restructuring, Organizational Development and Outsourcing (management of casual staff and payroll processing).

Job description:

-Produce timely audit reports to auditees with recommendations aimed at strengthening
the overall control environment
-Review the activities of the company and identify potential risks to the organization
-Carry out value adding and risk based audits  at least once a year to verify adherence to company policy, procedures and laws of
Ghana
-Carry out physical checks on projects to verify existence and status of outputs in
relation to reports.
• Reviews financial records and other reports, systems and controls maintained in all departments
• Carry out physical verification of assets and reconciles with records maintained in the offices
-coordinate with the external auditors and ensure that each party is not only aware of the other’s work but also well briefed on areas of concern

Job requirements:

3-5 years work experience in a similar capacity
-Bsc accounting degree
-ACCA level 3
-ICA level 2
-Microsoft proficiency is a must
-knowledge of any accounting softwares is a plus
