Job Description

Job Title:  Finance & Admin Assistant

We are looking to hire an energetic, self-motivated and highly professional Finance & Admin Assistant to join our growing team. The role will include:

ADMINISTRATIVE & CLIENT CARE & ACCOUNTING

  • Provide client support and handle routine queries and follow-ups with our clients and Doctors.
  • Managing all our social media accounts and posting content.
  • Basic bookkeeping functions  – including tracking expenses, tracking account payables and receivables
  • Monitor and ensure that the office is well maintained at all times
  • Any other administrative tasks as will be required

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

A first degree in a business related field will be preferred

A minimum of 2 years professional experience

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Power Point
