Job Description

As its subsidiary, Tullow Ghana Limited, continues to develop, the business is looking to enhance its cadre of senior professionals as above.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the Technical Integrity and functionality of the facilities design
  • Ensure all engineering work is delivered in accordance with company EHS requirements
  • Ensure operability and maintainability by coordinating activities with operations, Well Engineering etc as necessary
  • Responsible for the organization and management of individual projects and facilities engineering
  • Mentoring of staff within the Projects/Engineering team
  • Administration of engineering contracts and preparation of engineering scopes of work
  • Ensure that Contractor’s scope is performed in fully in accordance with the contractual requirements

Required Skills or Experience

  • Masters degree in Engineering
  • 15+ years experience in upstream oil and gas industry preferably in Process, Mechanical or Subsea Engineering
  • Project management skills
  • Experience with conceptual studies, FEED and detailed design in multidiscipline upstream projects
  • Ability to work cross-functionality and with mutli-disciplined teams
