Our client is an Energy Solution Provider and holds a license obtained from the Energy Commission of Ghana for the distribution of electricity to industrial clients. Its scope of work under the license is the Operation and management of electricity distribution networks, consisting of MV, LV and HV electricity power lines and electricity systems
Job Role:
Provide overall leadership, Coordination, Guidance and Supervision of the operation of the Customer Services Division in order to ensure total customer satisfaction for clients
Job Duties Include:
Ensure efficient Customer Service delivery to generate customer satisfaction and a positive corporate image
Establish and implement procedures for internal communication to ensure that information is transmitted and feedback obtained on activities and problem encountered in the course of duty
Implement systems to ensure that commercial losses or revenue leakages are either avoided or reduced to the barest minimum
Ensure that Customer complaints are promptly addressed in a satisfactory and efficient manner
Required Skills or Experience
Good first degree
An MBA is desirable
6 years post qualification experience in a similar position with at least five years in a senior management position
