Reliance Personnel and Logistics: Business Analyst

Our Client, is a Holding Company with a number of businesses engaged in Real Estate, Finance, Services, Logistics and Trading. The positions below form part of an elite team that provides support to the Executive Chairman of the Group, in Accra. The company is looking for positive thinking, growth oriented individuals who enjoy  working in a creative, dynamic and challenging environment.

We are seeking an exceptional Financial and Business individual who will analyze business opportunities for mid-sized organizations. The right candidate should be capable of wearing many hats, have the ability to analyze and digest large amounts of data, and develop execution-oriented business strategies.

• Assist with continuous revenue and expense forecasting, quarterly estimates and annual budgeting
• Prepare Monthly reports including P/L variance analyses
• Prepare monthly detailed account analyses
• Create financial models

Perform due diligence on existing and potential new investments.

• Conduct competitive analysis, qualitative and quantitative surveys, analyze results, and present recommendations
• Soak in large pools of data to identify trends and opportunities
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and senior management to drive adoption including product enhancement recommendations, positioning and outbound communication activities

Required Job Experience:

• Minimum of five years experience and an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university; or an MBA with BS in Accounting
• Candidates must be highly motivated, well-organized, detail oriented and possess outstanding communication and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Access and Excel
• Previous sector experience is required
