Ritzio has operations in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Romania, Peru, Bolivia, and Mexico. It operates approximately 1,000 gaming clubs, 40,000 slots, 7 casinos, and 2 entertainment centers. In Ghana Ritzio has about 21 slot houses currently running.

Job Description

Job Title: Operational Audit Supervisor

Requirements

Age randes from 35 yrs or higher with 4-5yrs experience.

Casino games background is a plus

Must be able to ride a motor bike and have a license

Responsibilities

Monitor game operations to ensure that house rules are followed, the state rules and regulations are adhered to, and that employees provide prompt and courteous service.

Supervises assigned staff (e.g. employee concerns/problems, directing work, counseling, disciplining, performance appraisals, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring work assignments are complete and within set objectives.

Responds to immediate safety and/or operational concerns (e.g. checks roads and weather conditions, vehicle accidents, etc.) for the purpose of taking appropriate action to resolve immediate safety issues and maintaining a functioning educational environment.

Make shift plans for the staffs and present it to the operations manager for approve and make changes in shift plans when necessary with the operations manager.

Keep database of the staffs in his or her jurisdiction.

Manages the day to day operation of the Shop for the purpose of supervising the shop and operators including oversight over the securities and bouncers.

Maintain familiarity with the games at a shop or facility and with strategies or tricks used by cheaters at such games.

Perform SWOT analysis and manage competitor’s advantage.

Report customer-related incidents occurring in gaming areas to management.
