Job Description:

The Ghana Indoor Residual Spraying (IRS) Programme is an activity funded by US Presidential Malaria Initiative (PMI) through USAID. This project is aimed at providing technical and logistical assistance to the National Malaria Control Programme and Ghana Health Service/Ministry of Health (MOH), to conduct a malaria prevention programme involving indoor residual spraying.

Required Jobs Skills:

• Undergraduate degree  in Community health, health communication with at least three years working experience. Masters degree a plus
• Additional professional training in participatory approaches and community mobilisation will be preferred
• Extensive experience working with communities and local leaders; sensitizing and mobilising communities
• Strong organisational, reporting and management skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as a part of a team
• Strong computer skills
• Advanced proficiency, English and one or more of Ghanaian northern languages skills
