Duties and Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Area Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing, owning, implementing and managing the operational strategy of your branch

Qualification Required & Experience

•   The successful candidate for this role should be self-motivated, analytical thinker, with a thorough understanding of the micro-finance business
•   The candidate must be a team player with great leadership, relationship building and communication skills with the capacity to lead his/her team plan and execute effectively, conducting regular market scans and reviews to generate actionable insights. In addition, you should be able to develop and manage an operational budget

If you meet the above criteria, have an undergraduate degree in Business or Social Sciences, with at least five (5) years post qualification experience in a management role with any reputable financial institution and are conversant working with MS Office tools, then you could be the one we are looking for.

Job Title 2: Marketing Officer

Duties and Responsibilities:

•   Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for developing actionable marketing strategies and executing campaigns to promote the services the company officers in order to achieve your given targets.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   The successful candidate for this role should be self-motivated, organised, result driven with solid skills and competencies in Accounts Acquisition, Advertising Development, Public Relations Management, Financial Product Development and Reporting WRiting.
•   Secondly, the candidate should have excellent verbal and oral communication and presentation skills and a good understanding of the principles of marketing and selling.
•   Thirdly, our preferred candidate should have good working with MS Office Applications and should be familiar with Project Management
•   Finally, our successful candidate should work independently and as part of a small yet creative, innovative and effective team.

If you meet the above criteria and have a minimum of an HND in Marketing with a minimum of two (2) years experience in a marketing role within a financial institution then you could be the one we are looking for.
