The Van Sales Advisor shall be responsible for maintaining a superior customer experience by carrying the company’s products and services to the doorstep of the customer within a defined territory. The role reports to the Retail Shop Manager.
Role Specific Requirements:
- Handles customer enquiries & complaints in a positive manner
- Acts as customer’s telecom advisor
- Ensures that the customer receives full service
- Takes full responsibility for the appropriate management of the mobile shop (cash handling and financial reconciliation) on daily basis
- Provide up- to-dated product knowledge & competitor offer awareness
- Responsible for proper arrangement of all merchandise to ensure stock security and visibility to customers
- Handles cash and inventory
- Ensures that the mobile shop is well maintained
Required Skills or Experience
Minimum Qualification:
- University degree in Sales / Marketing or its equivalent
- 3-5 years work experience
- Substantial background in mobile telecommunication
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to communicate at all levels equally and effectively
- Experience in using Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of all retail applications (RMS, FMTS, Unicorn, CMBS, AVBS, etc.)
Person specific requirements:
- Sound commercial acumen
- Good relationship building skills
- Able to work alone with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of Fixed line, Fixed Broadband and Mobile Broadband
- Experience in mobile sales a plus
