Job Description

A reputable manufacturing company in the distillery industry has vacancy for Sales Manager as part of its expansion drive.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review and develop sales plan & strategy ensuring company sales goals and profitability
• Implement & achieve sales plans
• Coordinate all sales and marketing activities
• Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed
• Responsible for the recruitment, performance and development of Sales Staff
• Prepares initiates and coordinate development of territory & action plans to penetrate new markets
• Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance
• Control expenses to meet budget guidelines

Required Skills or Experience

• HND in Marketing
• 2 year experience in the distillery industry
• Must be within the ages of 25-45
• Must have a valid driving license
