Job Title: Sales Representative
Reports to: Marketing manager
SUMMARY
To be responsible for all sales activities in the assigned territory or regions. Manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery. People from Takoradi, Ho, Accra, Koforidua, Hohoe and Dodowa should apply.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
- Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
- Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
- Identify and resolve client concerns.
- Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
- Other duties as assigned.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow-up for collection of payment.
- Coordinate delivery schedules.

Required Skills or Experience
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to persuade and influence others. Ability to develop and deliver presentations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. This is normally acquired through a combination of the completion of HND marketing, DBS marketing, CIM level 1, LCM 1, RSA 3, and SHS. Sales and marketing experience will be added advantage.
- Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
- Reward system is base on salary and commission
