Job Description

Job Title: Relationship Manager, BB

  • Drive deepening activities with high-value or high potential clients with full range of BB products, continuous analytics support and collaboration with Business Specialists.
  • Acquire and activate new Trade Business clients referred from ETB clients directly to Business Banker/Team
  • Maintain and grow Trade Business Revenues within Business Banking portfolio.
  • If required, address sales needs of small BB (not managed by Business Banking Team)

  • Conduct fulfillment & activate

  • Refer any servicing activities that is not done by tellers/machine to Client Service Manager
  • As needed by clieints

Acquiring on referrals (role in client journey

  • Prepare (remote

  • All other preparation activities as per BB Acquiring team

ASSOCIATED CLIENT JOURNEYS

  • Acquiring from individual client referrals
  • Supporting the client on any client-initiated needs
  • Reaching out pro-actively to lower value businesses
  • Proactively reaching out to high value Business Clients
  • Delivering on transactions, service requests, mobile/online training
  • Proactively engaging with the “Hidden larger Businesses”
  • Updating CDD/ AML
  • Migrating newly Commercial
  • Managing Client’s credit situation

TARGET CLIENTS

  • BB ETB clients above set thresholds e.g., (STO>USD 3 million, revenue > USD 2k), with rules to downgrade if potential proves to be low over time
