Job Description

Job Title: Headmaster / Headmistress (Senior High School)

Responsibilities

•   The holder of this position will be a member of the management team, who will be required to develop and implement school programme, supervise academic work, counsel children, parents and organise staff appraisals
•   He/She will report to the Board of governors

Job Specification

•   The Prospective candidate must exhibit excellent oral with written communication skills
•   He/She is expected to be able to deal with the different cultures and religion in a receptive and unprejudiced manner, given the multinational nature of the school
•   Awareness of international developments in education and ability to incorporate these into the school’s curriculum is vital
•   The candidate must be an experienced Educationist who has held a similar office with at least 3 years of experience in Managerial or Administrative position

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A degree in Education and a Masters in Administration/Management of Educational Leadership
