- Other duties as required by the company accountant

- Company filing
- HR Administration
- Updating of on-line HR data
- General correspondence
- Managing reception
- Other duties as required by MD
Required Skills or Experience
- HND accounting or an equivalent qualification in a business related field from a recognised institution
- Strong administrative skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft office applications
- Excellent English
- Highly personable, firm and authoritative
- Able to work to targets and deadlines
- Willing to coached in the company’s expected behaviours and ethos
- Enthusiastic regarding regular appraisal by senior staff
