Job Title: Finance and Administration Officer
Job Location: Madina, Accra
Job Description
- Keeping financial and administrative records of the laboratory
- Tracking petty cash, keeping appropriate records and maintaining reconciliations
- Prepare and submit periodic financial reports to management
- Manage all correspondence related to administration and finance
- Control stock of general office supplies
- Serves as the first port of call for clients
- Respond to clients quires in person, via the phone or email
- Perform general administrative duties as directed by management
- Supervise other support staff
Required Skills or Experience
- Must possess HND Secretaryship and Management or HND Accountancy or BSc. Administration from a recognized institution
- Must possess excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Must possess excellent computer skills including WORD, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledgeable of the internet, web-functionality and social media
- Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to respond tactfully and appropriately to enquiries from clients
