A Reputable Real Estate Company is looking for suitably qualified and competent persons to fill these vacant positions:

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Required Skills or Experience

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) Major in Quantity Survey/Building Construction with at least 5 years work experience in a Real Estate or large Construction Company
• Must have adequate budget management experience
• Must be familiar with the Budget market, and Prices of construction materials/rates
• Must have knowledge in Project Budget and the Operations of Project Budget Systems
• Must be able to interpret drawing/specification/Isometric Drawings/Plans, etc
• Must possess the ability to bid/tender & manage the tendering process

Landscape Designer

Required Skills or Experience

• Any relevant certificate in Horticulture from a recognised institution with at least 3 years work experience in a Landscape designing role in a Construction Company
• Must have adequate knowledge in landscaping in relation to construction
• Must have a good appreciation for beautiful landscape designs
• Must possess knowledge in the characteristics of plants used for landscaping as well as market prices of those plants and their suppliers

Electrical Plumbing Engineers

Required Skills or Experience

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical Engineering, Plumbing & Municipal Support infrastructure with at least 5 years of experience in a Real Estate/Construction company
• Must possess practical and theoretical knowledge in plumbing & electrical engineering
• Must be familiar with construction, plumbing and electrical equipment
• Must also possess knowledge in municipal infrastructure works and be familiar with related drawings
• Must be able to install fittings and supervise plumbing works

Human Resource Assistants

Required Skills or Experience

• Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Human Resource Management with at least 3 years experience in a Human Resource Role in a Real Estate company
• Must be familiar with the labour law and other related laws and conventions within the Human Resource field
• Must be knowledgeable in the Social Security scheme and Staff Salary system
• Must be able to manage employee/management relationship
• Must be familiar with dealing with employee related issues and other relevant department in an Estate company

Sales Executive

Required Skills or Experience

• Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Sales Management/Marketing
• Must be preferably female with at least a year’s work experience in a Real Estate Sales Role
• Must be a good communicator and possess good sales skills
• Must have knowledge in the Real Estate Sales Process
• Must be familiar with all the procedure and ethics of dealing with Clients from the point of inquiry through to the endorsement of Sales Agreement and the conclusion of sales deals
• Must have requisite knowledge of mortgage and the mortgage process

Civil Engineer

Required Skills or Experience

• Bachelor of Science (Bsc) in Civil Engineering/Building Construction with at least 5 years experience in a Real Estate/Construction field
• Must possess knowledge in the interpretation of Structural designs
• Must be able to supervise and regulate quality of all construction works on site
• Must be results driven and knowledgeable in road construction

Architect

Required Skills or Experience

• Bachelor of Science (Bsc) in Architecture with at least 5 years experience in designing and planning. Prior experience in a Consulting Company will be an added advantage
• Must have knowledge in designing and planning of a Project
• Must be knowledgeable in the Construction and building’s Code
• Must be knowledgeable in the Procedures of Real Estate Development
• Must be a good communicator and possess cost control skills
• Must be familiar with the workings of all related Government ministries, departments and Agencies in relation to the field of Real Estate
