Our client, a new licensed universal bank, seeks to bring on-board exceptional and high performing bankers to join their team of highly qualified, competent and experienced professionals. These positions come with exceptional remuneration

Head, Consumer & Commercial Banking Group Job # EB001-1

This is a Manager position

Key Requirements:

Identify and segment target markets and develop strategies for easy penetration
Sign-on key customers in the sectors identified and manage accounts profitably
Develop e-based consumer products to drive liabilities
Provide leadership in a target-driven environment
Positions of Banking Officer (BO) Job # EB001-2, Assistant Banking Officer (ABC) Job # EB001-3 and Executive Trainees (ET) Job # EB001-4 are available in this department.

Required Skills or Experience

The ideal candidate should be a holder of a first degree with a minimum of a Second Class Upper in addition to an MBA
Relevant professional qualification in Accountancy, Banking, etc would be an added advantage
The candidate must easily demonstrate good knowledge of the Ghanaian economy vis-a-vis the banking sector
Must be computer literate
Must have minimum of 14 years cognate banking experience with the last five years spent in similar position or department
The qualifications are the same for BO’s, minimum cognate experience is 6 yrs, 4 years cognate experience for ABO’s, and 2 years cognate experience for ET’s
