Job Description

Oversee activities of a transition program; for children who have never attended school but are passed the school age.
Create Syllabus for teachers
Supervise and motivate teachers.
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of twenty five girls living in a boarding house .
Implement and facilitate extra curriculum activities,that promote good moral and ethic principles for the girls. (Ie, cooking, etiquettes, Bible study, mentoring programs, etc.).

As the nature of business demands change so, too, may the essential functions of this position.

Required Skills or Experience

Computer skills (Proficient in Word and Excel)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possession of strong organizational skills
5 years of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience of running a school and boarding house.
Must be available to live in.
Retirees welcomed.
