Job Title: Lead Document Controller
Job Description
Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting up of databases and issuing document control procedures
- Registering, classifying, managing, tracking, filing and distributing all electronic and hard copy project deliverables and other documentation as required by the project
- Quality checking of documents as defined in the project document control procedures
- Handing-over of documentation
Required Skills or Experience
- You must have a degree or professional qualification in Record Management, Administration, Management, Computer Science, with 2 – 5 years document control experience in a project environment.
