Teledata ICT Ltd requires Cashier for immediate employment.

Primary Purpose of the Position
To handle the incoming and outgoing payments from customers and suppliers.

Essential Functions /Duties of the Position:

•   Receive payment by cash, cheque and bank debits.
•   Issue receipts, refund, credits or change due to the customers.
•   Maintain and reconcile petty cash imprest.
•   Proactively advise and introduce new solutions to solve client’s business needs.
•   Deposit cash and cheque into company’s bank accounts.
•   Generate and pro-rate invoices
•   Key all necessary entries into the accounting software.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   An HND in Accountancy
•   2 to 3year experience as a cashier

Competencies/skills

•   Knowledge of bookkeeping
•   Knowledge in basic mathematics
•   Skills in Handling and counting cash
•   Basic Computer Knowledge
