TFT Consulting: Business Analyst, e-Government Application

My client, an international development organisation, urgently requires a Business Analyst to join their IT team on an overseas assignment. The project is to assist with the implementation of an e-Government application.  As the Lead Business Analyst you will work with key stakeholders to produce detailed analysis of client systems, and will be tasked with identifying requirements and preparing detailed specifications.  These specifications will be prepared for developers working to support the client.

Job Title: Business Analyst, e-Government Application

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with stakeholders to identify and confirm requirements
• Produce specifications for delivery to development team
• Preparation of Use Cases, Test Design and Management, including inputs into user acceptance, System and regression tests.

Key Skills

• Experienced using UML and Object-oriented modelling
• Business analysis and design experience across the full project life-cycle
• Demonstrable experience producing clear documentation for developers, testers and technical authors
• Previously worked in the public sector
• Ability to elicit business requirements from clients at various levels and turn them into functional specifications.
• Knowledge of technical architecture and design of databases and applications
