Stellar Group Job in Ghana: Branch Manager

The Stellar Group operate in a diverse range of businesses in West Africa and we are seeking a Branch Manager to supplement our existing management team in our Logistics Division. The Stellar Group in Ghana recruits Branch Manager

We are looking for someone who has experience in the clearing and forwarding field and is looking for an opportunity to take the first step on the expatriate management ladder.

This role will report to the Regional Director and the successful candidate will be responsibility for the day to day activities within the division, These includes operations, finances, management of the staff as well as a responsibility for assisting in the sales and marketing of the company to prospective customers.

Candidates with experience in the clearing and forwarding industry will be looked upon more favourably although applicants with knowledge of the wider shipping or logistics field will also be considered. Experience of working in Africa or another third world environment would give candidates an advantage.

This role will require good communication skills and the ability to manage people. Candidates must be extremely energetic, and be open to the challenges of working in a demanding environment. Candidates must be English speakers.

This position is single status.
