We are currently seeking Administrative Assistant / Front Desk Officer to be based in Accra. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following.
Job Title: Administrative Assistant
- Make and receive telephone calls for staff members. • Receive clients and guest of organization. • Assist in the preparation of documents and reports using Microsoft office. • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to photocopying and filing of documents. • Receive and dispatch of courier mail. • Maintain the office petty cash account. • Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, verifying receipt of supplies. • Coordinate with vendors on products and services as required. • Set up and coordinate meetings and conferences and ensure availability of required documentation for meetings. • Support staff in assigned project based work.
Qualification Required & Experience
- An HND or Bachelor’s degree required. • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar or related role. • Ability to use Microsoft Office Word, Excel and other relevant computer applications. • Demonstrate ability to work in a team.
Excellent interpersonal skills is necessary to work effectively with persons on all levels both inside and outside the company • Excellent write and oral communication skills. • Excellent attention to detail and organization, maturity and ability to work in a difficult environment.
