JOB PURPOSE:
The Digital Market Team Leader (TL) will manage a group of 25 agents focused on digital acquisition. The agents will be both mobile; targeting universities, companies and High ARPU residential areas, and fixed; posted in high traffic phone vendor shops.
Specifically the team will focus on acquiring data subscribers who use data on smartphones by:
(1) selling entry level smartphones (mobile only)
(2) selling and activating data packages
(3) educating buyers on the many data based activities they are able to complete on their phone from Facebook to Deezer and
(4) configuring stock for Tigo in the phone vendor shops (fixed only).

EXPERIENCE
• Minimum Diploma or Higher Education
• 1-3 years sales experience
• Fluent in a Local language
• Fluent in English
