Job Title: Credit Control Officers

Role Purpose

[To minimize Millicom Ghana Limited’s exposure to all forms of Credit Risks and also to exercise discretion
and sound judgment in all areas of credit control and collections.]

Key Responsibilities

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure all internal controls are performed as required.
• Ensure roaming bad debt does not exceed the objective set for each year
• Post Pay Defaulted Subscriber Visits
• Monthly monitoring of all postpaid accounts with subsidy phones.

Position Requirements

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
•  Bachelor’s Degree preferably Accounting
• Experience in dealing with customers
