Millicom Ghana Limited, operators of Tigo cellular network is one (1) of six (6) mobile voice services providers licensed to operate in Ghana. It was the first mobile cellular network branded under the name “Mobitel” incorporated in Sub-Saharan Africa in March, 1990 and provision of service commenced in April, 1992. Job Title 1: Digital Media and Social Coordinator
Role Purpose
Main goals are to:
• Define and implement the digital media strategy to support Commercial and Brand Teams on selling our Products & Services, as well as to position our Brand in the Digital Media.
• Implement global digital content strategy and manage our digital social campaigns with local digital agency to support business units on promoting and selling our services, as well as marketing departments and customer operations on positioning our Brand.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and implement the right mix of digital media campaigns for the Brand and product strategies
• Negotiate media buying to guarantee the best results for the company with the better ROI
• Implement and manage digital media campaigns of all our digital products (web, mobile, Apps) with special focus on e commerce and Self care initiatives, in coordination with Commercial and Brand teams.
• Provide hands on consulting support to the global categories and market teams in “walking the talk” in the development of world class joined up digitally enabled strategies, and ongoing consulting support for the execution of those strategies.
• Develop / analyze the online activity reports (social media, web and mobile traffics) and Track / constantly Optimize digital campaigns performance based on set Targets
• Constantly propose action plans to improve Tigo performance in Digital properties and communities.
• Follow-up customer care performance on our digital platforms and guarantee that digital channels have the right content for our visitors to increase self service adoption
• Drive accurate traffic to be converted into Sales through our different sites
Building the basics:
• Develop the right content that guarantee our visitors and customers a supreme and homogeneous user experience among all our digital touch points
• Develop a dashboard to analyze digital media performance, track KPI’s and generate insights to improve the returns
• Constantly innovation on our digital media strategy and execution
• Up to date on the new digital marketing strategies and tools that would be developing in the market.
• Implement the processes to generate and manage the campaigns to support business needs.
• Align Tigo presence in all external media campaigns, including Facebook, Tweeter, YouTube,.. to the new strategy.
• Participates in innovation process for product development / improvement offering new perspectives, tools and opportunities in the digital arena.
Qualification Required & Experience
• University degree, preferably in Engineer or Business with strong analytics skills
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE & ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE
• 5 or more years of digital experience, preferably with a media property and/or .com’s
• A demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful online campaigns
• Local digital marketing knowledge
• Platform and software digital knowledge to support the digital project implementation: eCommerce, Self care,

Job Title 2: Planning Analyst of PMO
Role Purpose
Ensure timely process of all CAPITAL and OPERATIONAL transactions from factory to thefinancial system; helping the Financial Manager to monitor the progress of projects and aiding PMO streamline processes by centralizing CAPEX and OPEX transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Centralised CAPEX
• Ensure that all CAPEX PRs are raised for FACTORY using the appropriate CAR.
• Track all PRs raised, following up to ensure that PRs are released on time for project inception.
• Following up on PO raised; ensuring goods are received and invoice processed.
• Monitor the completion of projects and ensuring that PAC, FAC& DIC are received on time and copy delivered to Fixed asset for capitalization.
• Assist Finance Manager at the end of the month to compile all completed projects for accruals.
• Provide stakeholders with weekly status’ on PRs and POs.
PMO Culture and Change Management
• Support the implementation of PMO Culture
• Support all change management activities.
• Escalate Feedback
Centralised OPEX
• Raise all PRs and ensure that the appropriate expense account is used.
• Track all PRs raised, following up to ensure that PRs are released on time.
• Following up on PO raised; ensuring goods are received and invoice processed.
• Provide stakeholders with weekly status’ on PRs and POs and accruing all goods received at the end of month.
Complementary Task
• Collecting and reviewing on a monthly basis; per diems and allowances for drivers and supervisors at the FACTORY, for onward submission to HR.
• Facilitate the signing of new contract and renewals of expired ones and copies forwarded to the vendors on time.
• Attending to any other task assigned as and when the need arises.
Qualification Required & Experience
Experience Required: 1-2 Years
Desirable Education: Bachelor
KNOWLEDGE – SKILLS – EXPERIENCE
Knowledge:
• Cellular Technologies, Project Accounting, Business Administration, and reporting capability
