Toptech Ghana Recruits Warehouse Manager

Our client, a logistics management company is looking up for immediate employment for the position of a warehouse manager.

The Candidate a strategic thinker will:

• Oversee stock control and processing orders
• Keep stock control systems up to date
• Ensure accurate and timely dispatch of customer orders
• Monitor the performance and progress of staff
• Motivate, organising and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met
• Communicate with other departments
• Maintain and improving stock integrity
• Ensure quality, delivery budget and environmental objectives are met
• Fulfill objectives and directions from the operation’s headquarters
• Co-ordinate the use of automated and computerized systems
• Plan future capacity requirements
• Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Brief team leaders on a daily basis

Required Skills or Experience

Criteria:

• Must have the ability to successfully plan, prioritise and manage workload
• Must be able to adapt to constantly changing situations
• Be enthusiastic, well-organised
• Self-motivated and have strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience of managing a busy warehouse essential
• A good first degree from a recognised University in Logistics Management. A Masters degree and a member of Institute of Transport and Logistics will be an added advantage
