Supervisor: Shall report to the Branch Manager

Performance Expectation:

• Recruit, train and manage a sales team team up of fifteen (15) Sales Executives to achieve set target according to agreed performance management contract
• Manage all administrative and customer service issues related to your sales team
• Report on performance according to set timelines

Location of vacant Sales Manager Positions: Accra, Tema, Spintex, Takoradi, Tarkwa, Obuasi, Sunyani, Cape Coast, Koforidua

Required Skills or Experience

• First Degree preferably in Marketing or Insurance with at least two (2) years experience in a related field
• Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Insurance from the Ghana Insurance College or the CII-UK with at least two (2) years experience in sales
