•   To provide logistics expertise to a large oil and gas project located in Ghana.

Responsibilities/Behaviours

•   Works on own/initiative
•   Mentors junior staff and helps develop them
•   Contributes to the success of the project
•   Proactively identifies and analyses issues and steers them through to full completion.
•   Quickly responds to changing circumstances in a flexible manner
•   Strongly committed to safety

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Degree qualified (desirable)
•   Minimum 10 years experience in the oil and gas industry (preferable)
•   Exposure to international oil and gas projects
•   Minimum 7 years experience of working in logistics (preferable)
•   Previous experience of working on an FPSO project (preferable)
•   Previous experience of managing/mentoring junior employees
