Job Title: Deputy Head of Marketing

Job Summary

The functional responsibilities is to promote the company’s products and services by contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan.

•   Developing marketing and sales policies, programs and systems to support strategic direction
•   Aligning business plans with organizational objectives
•   Directing implementation and execution of marketing and sales policies and practices
•   Ensuring marketing communications are coordinated, supporting marketing plan objectives and meeting organizational expenditure requirements
•   Providing leaderships and supporting the design, development and distribution of all marketing materials
•   Setting pricing strategies and introduce new products to increase market share

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A good First Degree in Marketing or Financial Management
•   A Masters Degree in Business Management or Marketing will be an added advantage
•   5+ years of previous Marketing experience with 3 years in a GSE certification is preferable
•   Strong organizational and interpersonal skills along with excellent oral and written communication ability
•   Proficient in the use of MS Office: word processing and spreadsheet programs
•   Good presentation skills
