Job Description

Job Title: General Manager – EMS, Parcels and Speed link.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A candidate for the position must have a First Degree in the Humanities, Social Sciences and Business Management from a recognized University or its equivalent and must have been in a Management position in the communication / postal industry for a minimum of ten (10) years
•   A candidate with a second degree in Humanities, Social Sciences and Business Management and must have been in a Management position for a minimum of five (5) years
•   Strong knowledge in the postal / courier and logistics business would be an added advantage

Personal Competencies

•   Must have Business Management and problem-solving skills
•   Ability to win businesses and / or contracts for the Company
•   Must have excellent interpersonal skills
•   Ability to manage change effectively
•   Ability to lead and direct the workforce to achieve its goals
•   A wide range of creativity and attitude is expected
•   Proficiency in MS Office Applications
