The incumbent will be responsible for resource planning and recruitment; training; managing a variety of HR issues at any one time and being the final point of contact for all employee related issues.He/She may also oversee the company’s salary review process, payroll and all compensation and benefits issues and works closely and in support of the CEO, Finance department and other department heads. | |||||
