Basic Data	Function description
	The incumbent would be responsible for managing the entire accounts and finance function and all statutory requirements from a taxation point of view.

	1	Bank reconciliation of various account of the bank.			Full

	5	Statutory payment booking ( VAT, WHT, Payee etc) and its reconciliation.			Full
	6	Entries of day to day operation in respect of accounting.
	7	Customer reconciliation.			Full
	8	Vendors payments and it reconciliation			Full
	9	Handling of petty cash expenses and its booking.			Full
	10	Monthly MIS for sale and collection.			Full
	11	closely monitoring of credit outstanding and follow up for collection.			Full
	12	General Ledger review.			Full
	13	Monthly Stock audit and its reconciliation.			Full
	14	Entries of day to day operation in respect of accounting.			Full
	15	Knowledge of compliance and tax laws for Ghana.			Full
