The Role: Reporting to the General Manager, the Post Harvest Technician will be required to undertake effective post-harvest handling of cereals. Additionally, the individual will devise and implement a quality assurance system to cover planting materials and harvested produce.

Requirements: A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or related discipline; At least 5 years overall experience in a similar role; Demonstrated track record of success in engaging with and teaching farmers; Strong technical knowledge of warehouse management and post harvest handling of cereals; Ability to communicate in local dialects; Sensitivity to cultural diversity and the ability to engender cooperation from diverse constituents; Strong leadership and communication skills.

Duty Station: The successful candidate will be stationed in Tamale.
