The successful candidate will:
Provide secretarial and administrative support to programmes, workshop, projects, seminars, training of the HIV-AIDS
Liaise with the National AIDS Programme to plan meetings, workshop and training programmes
Arrange logistics for planned meetings and prepare documentation and material meeting
Support CBO’s draft proposals and report on their activities
Proof reading of documents/reports before printing/publishing
Responsible for cataloging materials in the HIV library
Respond to correspondence
File correspondence and documents and ensure quick retrial
Prepare travel documentation for local and international travels
Provide secretarial and Admin support NPO/HEC
Any other duties assigned
Required Skills or Experience
Knowledge and Skills:
Thorough knowledge of secretarial skills including proven typing ability, knowledge of modern office procedures, ability to use commonly used word processing package and knowledge of protocol
Qualification and Experience:
Completion of secondary education or equivalent technical training or commercial education in secretarial tasks
At least five (5) years secretarial experience with a recognized public or private institution
Languages:
Excellent knowledge of English and working knowledge in French would be an advantage
