Job Description

World Vision is looking for highly qualified and motivated persons for the position of Recruitment and Compensation Manager at the Head Office.

Job Summary:
To provide technical support to World Vision Ghana strategy by designing, monitoring and implementing Recruiting and Compensation policies and procedures, which ensure the attraction, motivation and retention of competent

• Interface with hiring managers on recruitment of new hires to fill organizational vacancies
• Devise appropriate selection methods for candidate selection and prepare selection report and ensure recruitment is done in accordance with labour law
• Negotiate and administer all salaries and benefits
• Administer all staff boarding, promotions and contract updates
• Prepare HR forecast and plans to address staffing needs of the National Office
• Develop and review reward, recognition and incentive programs for staff
• Work closely with labour institutions and other relevant bodies to ensure that our labour practices are in alignment with the national employment practices and ILO conventions

Required Skills or Experience

• Degree in Human Resource Management or Social Science or Management or Public Admin or related field
• Five years working experience in Human Resource Management
• MBA in HRM or MA in Management preferred
• Ability to influence groups and individuals
• Ability to build collaborative relationships
• Computer knowledge
• The preferred candidate must be a committed Christian
