Zain Ghana: Corporate Relationship Executive

Job Description

Responsible for the provision of world class customer service to corporate customers
Assist in the development and amendment of policies and procedures that ensure and promote customer intimacy for corporate customers
Assist in the management of the relationhip between Zain and its corporate customers by;
Maintaining regular contact with customers to ensure satisfaction
Maintaining a regular schedule of contact via phone/on-site visits
Alerting customers to new or improved products/services
Developing relationships with customers
Assist in the administering of surveys, collecting data and feedback from customers at an intimate level on concerns/issues
Assist in the development of customer retention programs for corporate customers
Ensure that complaints or trouble reports from corporate customers are fast tracked and resolved in a timely fashion
Assist in ensuring that accurate bills are sent to corporate customers on time
Ensure that corporate customers pay their bills on time
Provide support to the Sales team for up selling of products to corporate customers
Prepare periodic and regular reports on corporate customers for decision making

Required Skills or Experience

The ideal candidate must have the following:
Minimum of a good first degree in any social sciences course, preference will, however, be given to candidates with demonstrated exposure in the indicated area
3-4 years experience in a customer service environment
Able to operate in a performance driven organization
Excellent command of the English language
