Zain Ghana Jobs: Process Compliance Officer

The Process Compliance Officer will take up the crucial assurance role, of identifying and clarifying internal compliance practices and controls within the organization. He/she will analyse and create improved procedures with the aim of guiding the organization toward compliance with all financial, regulatory and key operational system requirements

Have knowledge of all SCM processes
Have adequate knowledge and use of the oracle procurement module
Strictly comply with and adhere to organizational policies and contracts and ensure thorough understanding of the SCM processes
Make various dashboards as defined and communicate efficiently to stake holders
Generate various SCM reports
Analyze data and communicate to ensure further compliance and improvement of processes
Follow up with users on various issues for improving the accuracy of data and make corrections accordingly
Strictly comply with and adhere to organizational policies and contracts and ensure thorough understanding of the SCM processes
Attempt first hand resolution for most cases
Coordinate with SCM function groups for resolution of query, while ensuring the SLAs are maintained
Ensure self and team’s contribution to the knowledge repository and make recommendations for process improvement and work closely with the HQ process team
Track and communicate team status, task accomplishment etc
Ensure Zain employee satisfaction by monitoring the adherence defined SLAs and quality parameters of team
Responsible for coordination of audit, ensure compliances and monitor resolve all non compliances
Teach and train terms for correct usage of the system and processes

Required Skills or Experience

The ideal candidate must have the following:
A university degree in any field
A minimumof 1-3 years related work experience

Desirables:
Functional knowledge in SCM operations
Preferably knowledge on ERP/Oracle for SCM
Excellent with MS Office
