Job Description

Location: Ashanti, Western, Central, Eastern, Volta, Brong Ahafo, Northern, Upper East and Upper West Region

Job Purpose:
The job holder will perform sales activities and report directly to theTerritory Sales Supervisor . He/she will be responsible for execution of sales activities

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
The Candidate will:

Be expected to achieve the targets for the sale territory
Drive availability at point of sales across the sales territory
Ensure presence and visibility for the brand in the operative area
Supervise the execution and day-to-day activities of Distributor Sales Agents and other staff engaged by the business
Provide market intelligence
Represent the best interest of the business at all times in terms of conduct and behaviour
Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

Required Skills or Experience

The Ideal Candidate must have:

A University degree or equivalent
A minimum of 2 years relevant working experience
Telecoms or FMCG experience will be an added advantage
Be able to work under pressure with short-term targets
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Computer literate
