Job Description

Monitor all operational activities of the company including landfill management, vector control, beautification and landscaping, composting and recycling and provide information for decision making
Undertake periodic review of the company’s current systems and practices to inform strategic planning for the future
Conduct regular analysis on customer service, customer expectation, concerns and compliants and recommend improved customer practices
Monitor all activities on the transport unit including the movement of vehicles, fuel consumption, attitude of drivers towards the use of vehicles
Monitor all activities of Zoomlion Domestic Waste Services including the distribution of waste bin, revenue collection, door-to-door waster services. Water supply and cesspit emptying services
Conduct periodic surveys on all Zoomlion Janitorial and Scientific Cleaning Services and make appropriate recommendations to your supervisor
Monitor the activities of Zoomlion Cabin, including the assembling operation, maintenance, sales and hiring of mobile toilets
Submit monthly reports on monitoring and evaluation activities in yourregion to your supervisor

Required Skills or Experience

Educational Qualification:

First degree in Statistics, Mathematics or related qualification with two years experience or
HND in Statistics, Mathematics or related qualification with three years experience or
Diploma from School of Hygiene with 5-7 years experience
Skills, Abilities, Compentencies:
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Hardworking, team player, result-oriented and the ability to multitask
Candidates must have own accomodation and reside in Kumasi
