Our client, a new law firm in Accra is looking to recruit qualified, driven and motivated Ghanaian to join its team
Job Location
Responsibilities
Managing the front desk and performing reception duties.
Receiving clients and handling them tactfully, efficiently and professionally.
Providing efficient secretarial support by typing legal documents, letters, etc.
Developing and operating a maintenance schedule for all office equipment.
Ensuring that the cleaning of the office is done well by the cleaners employed to do so daily.
Ensuring the timely procurement of office supplies and regular payment of utility bills etc.
Helping to create a friendly and supportive work environment.
Any other related duties you may be given from time to time.
Requirements
HND in Business Management Studies or its equivalent
A minimum of two (2) years working experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
