Job Description

Network Surveillance and Fault Resolution
Subscriber Initial Fault Reporting
NOC Surveillance Initiated fault Reporting
7x24x365 NOC Surveillance
Tier 1 Surveillance – Network Operation Center
Event Management (incl. Trouble Ticket Management)
Network Event Severity Level Identification (Critical, Major, Minorand Informational)
Dispatch and Direction of FLM Operation Staff
Fault Management
Trouble Ticket Management
Escalation for Problem resolution
Monitor Mean Time between Failure (MTBF) and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) of other Vendors Components/Modules
Salary: Negotiation

Required Skills or Experience

Bachelor’s Degree or above in telecommunication field or equivalent
Possess good interpersonal communications and negotiation skills, Good presentation and documentation skills
Excellent written, oral and listening skills in English
