Job Description

System performance analysis
Deal with critical network optimization problem
Report network status to customer and Manager Service Team in a fixed time interval (weekly, monthly etc)
Tracking of subscriber complaints
Perform Radio Network Optimisation based on frequency plan, RSSI coverage plot, and TEMS data
Ensure the KPI is met
Perform drive test and site visit so as to provide recommendation on cell planning such as antenna down tilt
Assist the Senior Engineer in the enhancement of the network quality-monitoring
Salary: Negotiation

Required Skills or Experience

Bachelor’s Degree or above in telecommunication field or equivalent
Possess good interpersonal communications and negotiation skills, Good presentation and documentation skills
Excellent written, oral and listening skills in English
At least 3 years practical experience in Network Optimisation
