1. Database Manager

Bachelors Degree in Statistics, Community Health, Sociology, or other relevant field, and 3+ years of professional database management experience. High level of computer literacy and proficiency in statistical software.

2. IT Specialist

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Computer Programming and 4+ years of professional experience in IT network administration and server management in a Windows NT environment.

3. Environmental Compliance Officer

Masters Degree in Public Health or Environmental Health, and 8+ years of professional experience in environmental health, including insecticide use and management.

4. Finance & Administration Manager

Job Description

Provides leadership and direction for the financial management and administrative support functions of the project. Develops and tracks budgets, manages payroll and vendor relations, and controls for all financial transactions and reporting, both for the client and for Abt associates headquarters.

Required Skills or Experience

Bachelors Degree (minimum) or a Masters Degree in Business, Administration, Finance, or Accounting and 8+ years of financial and contracts management at large-scale development programs. Experience with USAID-funded projects highly preferred.

5. Administrative Assistant

Provides clerical, logistical and other administrative support for the project office. Archive management, labor reporting, travel arrangements, and office reception.

Required Skills or Experience

Secondary School (minimum), Technical School, or a Bachelors Degree in Administration, Business, Management, or other relevant field, and 3+ years of professional office administration experience.

6. Accountant

Job Description

Performs, records, and reports on all financial transactions of the project.

Required Skills or Experience

Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, management, or business, and 4+ years of professional accounting experience in an international development environment. Experience with USAID-funded projects highly preferred.

7. Spray Operations Coordinator

Bachelors Degree in Public Health, Environmental Health, Entomology, Community Health, or other relevant field and 4+ years of experience in vector control and IRS. In-depth knowledge of regulatory and operational aspects of insecticide use and management.

8. Monitoring & Evaluation Manager

Bachelors Degree in Public Health, Environmental Health, Statistics, or other relevant field and 4+ years of program monitoring, evaluation and research experience, preferably with USAID-funded projects. Previous IRS or other malaria program experience desirable. Strong analytical and database management skills, and knowledge of advanced statistical software are required.

9. Logistics & Procurement Coordinator

Bachelors Degree in Business, Logistics, Management, or Administration and 6+ years of professional experience in procurement and logistics. At least 2 years of experience at USAID-funded programs and a thorough knowledge of FARs and AIDARs. Experience in warehouse management.

10. Entomological Coordinator

Coordinates the implementation of entomological field activities (such as mosquito collections, vector susceptibility studies, spray quality assessments, and insecticide efficacy testing), ensuring that all WHO guidelines and protocols are followed.

Required Skills or Experience

Masters Degree in Entomology, Environmental Health, or Biology, and 6+ years of professional experience in vector control and entomological monitoring activities
