Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for training of Process Plant staff in all required training from inductions, standard operating procedures to specialist training such as CN awareness, first aid and fire
• Responsible to ensure that trainees from the local communities are trained as entry operations into the process plant 

Required Skills or Experience

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven/practical experience in training and knowledge in plant operation will be an advantage

Educational Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Metallurgy and certificate as a Trainer
