This position is based in Kenya The successful candidate will be responsible for reinforce added value relation with existing team members. Recruit new members especially in wholesale distribution channel throughout the country. Increase the distribution of the company through visiting of final customers and initiate and develop a B2B business in Kenya.
The responsibilities of this role include but not limited to: -find new distributors for the whole sale market -required to be on the field to train, motivate, appoint existing & new distributors -research and update the market information for Kenya -follow and coordinate with distributors on the right marketing calendar implementation -provide monthly report in key events quality issue, relating with distributors, main achievements per products categories, marketing activities and competition intelligence amongst others -provide weekly report and undertake customer visitation -identify and propose new products to launch -undertake competitor analysis and market information -presentation of novelties to EAGM whenever available
QUALIFICATION 3 years sales position on international brand in household or FMCG very good first degree in marketing or related field fluent in writing and speaking English/Swahili computer literate strong negotiation and training skills willingness to travel Qualified applicants should send CV’s to [email protected] OR [email protected] salary is attractive
